UNICO 20°87° Riviera Maya on the Caribbean coast of Mexico in the Akumal area is now open to guests. This unique all-inclusive, adults-only resort has 448 rooms, some featuring swim-up pools, others with outdoor spa tubs, and yet others with outdoor patios. Guests enjoy four dining venues, three bars, 24-hour room service, a fitness program and a luxury spa. But the principal feature is the Anfitrion service, which is a butler service that has local concierge services, valet service, assistance with resort check-in and check-out, as well as recommendations and reservations at area restaurants and lounges. Unlike some other all-inclusive resorts, UNICO's inclusions are scalable. The basic rate includes poolside and beachside service and free Wi-Fi, among other things, and for a 20% service fee guests get unlimited golf, spa treatments, local tours and beauty and barbershop services.
