  • Several hotels on St. Vincent have live music in the evenings. There is also one casino on both islands, Emerald Valley Casino, if you’re feel lucky. Don’t miss cocktails at Young Island at sunset to start off the evening. Or try Basils Too for dinner and dancing on Villa Beach by Young Island. Also, check out Aquatic on Villa, the most popular nightclub with live bands on the weekends. Also, ask any local about happy hour and enjoy numerous drink specials and sometimes live entertainment.
  • In Kingstown, The Attic at the corner of Melville and Grenville, has nightly live entertainment, including jazz, karaoke and dancing.
  • On Bequia, jump ups are common on Tuesday nights at Plantation House. Try to catch a Thursday at Frangipani for a barbecue and steel band show. Tuesday and Saturday is happening at Harpoon Saloon featuring steel bands. There is something going on most nights at Admiralty Bay or Friendship Bay, so ask the locals where the hot spots are that night. Bands play reggae music in the gardens of several hotels, which has proven to attract a good mix of residents and visitors.
  • The Grand View and the Young Island Resort are two casinos that have live music on Friday and Saturday nights.
  • The Emotions nightclub in Kingstown is a local’s favorite, along with the Iguana and Marcomay in Villa.
