Nestled among tropical palm and casuarina trees and situated on 700 feet of the most pristine white sand of famous Seven Mile Beach, The Westin Casuarina boasts an array of facilities to make your group's program a memorable one. With the island's largest freshwater pool and two hot tubs, guests can enjoy total relaxation while snacking and sipping at our poolside Tortugas deli and swim-up bar. Our poolside location serves as an excellent venue to host receptions and theme parties for up to 500 persons.

Beach Ceremony - Whether barefoot, with toes in the sand or in sparkly heels down a carpet runner, there is no better way to be wed than on a stunning strip of Seven Mile Beach. Sunset is the most popular time to hold a ceremony, however the white sand and turquoise water also look spectacular for daytime ceremonies.

Governor's Lawn - Situated between the Governor's Beach and Ballroom, the expansive Governor's Lawn perfectly suits larger ceremony set ups.

Courtyard Lawn - Located on the south end of the property, the Courtyard Lawn is a good fit for an intimate ceremony. Both lawn areas are surrounded by gardens and have unrivalled views of the ocean.

Poolside - A lush, resort pool setting is the perfect place to host your wedding reception. Whether buffet style or a classic plated dinner, your guests will enjoy the evening in a two-tier tropical paradise! Ideal for groups of 15 to 250 guests.

Casa Havana Restaurant

Casa Havana is a AAA Four Diamond Restaurant. on-where the rich deep blue interior, dark mahogany furniture and golden curtains reflect Cuba's heritage from the 1950s. Located right on the water, Casa Havana's contemporary island cuisine is the perfect complement for the diverse wine list which has been awarded the Wine Spectator Award of Excellence since 2000. Casa Havana's international culinary team has won numerous awards in the Cayman Culinary Competition and they host prestigious wine and food events throughout the year including the Chaine de Rotisseurs and their own highly popular Wine Dinners. These special dinners are held each year and always include the outstanding "Tre Becchiere" dinner. Their famous champagne brunch is served from 11:30am to 3pm every Sunday. Private functions can be arranged either on the patio overlooking the beach, on the beach itself under the light of tiki torches or inside the restaurant.

Ferdinand's Caribbean Cafe

Ferdinand's is named after the Spanish King Ferdinand who funded Christopher Columbus' crusade in search for the new world. The Westin's Culinary Team brings "new world" cooking to Grand Cayman by offering traditional and inventive local and Caribbean food, along with classic salads and sandwiches.

Ferdinand's offers casual dining on Seven Mile Beach. Enjoy splendid views of clear turquoise waters, white sand beach and spectacular sunsets.
