Our location in Mexico’s exotic Riviera Maya is truly exceptional. Hard Rock Hotel Riviera Maya sits on a protected inlet off the Caribbean Sea, a beautiful natural aquarium where guests can kayak, wade, swim or snorkel in tranquil turquoise waters.

Couples may choose to get married in one of the many coves or terraces. Couples may also enjoy a candlelight dinner along the cove area.

Deluxe Resort View – The Deluxe Resort View guestroom is furnished with two double beds or a king bed and accommodating up to four guests, double Jacuzzi with a separate glassed-in shower. Relax on your balcony and enjoy the attractively landscaped resort grounds. The views are limited and could be partially obstructed. This category does not include any type of ocean view rooms.

Deluxe Garden View – The Deluxe Garden View guest room is furnished with two double beds or a king bed accommodating up to four guests, a double Jacuzzi with a separate glassed-in shower, and offers views of our garden and/or pool area.

Deluxe Ocean View – For a view of the Caribbean, choose the Deluxe Ocean View guest room, furnished with one king bed or two double beds accommodating up to four guests and a double Jacuzzi with a separate glassed-in shower.

Family Deluxe (only available at Aventura Cove) – The Family Deluxe, available exclusively for families traveling with children, is a luxurious and comfortable home away from home. The room is made up of two connecting Superior Deluxe rooms, one with a king bed and double Jacuzzi for parents and the other with two double beds for the kids. The Family Deluxe accommodates up to 6 guests, with a maximum of 4 adults. Special family amenities include an Xbox 360 and DVD player in the room, Xbox games and DVDs on request, a Fun in the Sun Bucket, a special room service menu for kids, L’Oreal Kids bath amenities, family activities, and much more. A fully stocked refrigerator in the kid’s room offers juice, soda, water, and snacks.

Two-Bedroom Presidential Suite – Our largest and most luxurious guest room, the Two-Between Presidential suite offers more than 2,200 square feet of living space with views of the Caribbean. One bedroom offers a king bed and private bath, the other two double beds. Each bedroom enjoys its own double Jacuzzi, and ample space to accommodate up to six adults, children, and infants. The living space includes a living room, dining room, half kitchen, and half bathroom. In addition to the in-room amenities provided in all Aventura Cove Palace guest rooms and suites, the Two-Bedroom Presidential includes a roomy terrace furnished with lounge chairs and table and chairs for relaxing or dining in the fresh air.
